The information on this form will only be used to arrange liability insurance coverage with respect to your participation in the event, to allocate volunteers to the various events, tasks and functions, and to advise you of meetings, training sessions, sceduling, and other Championships related information.
As a condition of volunteering at the 2010 World Masters Athletics (the "Championships"), by checking on the "I Accept" box you acknowledge: (1) that the volunteers participate in the Championships at their own risk; (2) she/he will not hold the 2010 World Masters Athletics Society, their staff, directors, agents, and volunteers responsible for injury, loss or damage sustained by the undersigned during the Championships; and (3) the 2010 World Masters Athletics Society is not responsible for loss of wages, injuries, damages, medical, dental, or hosiptal care of officials or volunteers as a result of participation by the undersigned in the Championships.
