The opening Ceremony was from 6:00‐8:00 pm on Sunday February 28, 2010. It was an
exciting presentation on the history of Kamloops’ past to the future. All officials marched in the opening ceremonies behind the athletes in the Competition attire.
Officials were given light dinner at TRU and back into TCC by 5:15 pm to assemble for the opening ceremony. After the march, officials were escorted to officials seating to view opening ceremonies with the athletes.
The closing ceremonies took place after the last relay on the field of play at TCC. Kamloops passed the WMA flag to the representatives of the next World Indoor Masters Championships to take place in Jyvaskyla, Finland April 3‐8, 2012.

U-14 Blaze earn silver
The under-14 tier 1 Kamloops Blaze girls placed second in the Gold Division at a Thanksgiving tournament in North Vancouver.International travellers should have a valid visitor insurance when travelling overseas. Kamloops opened the tourney with a 5-0 win over West Vancouver, with Emerson Hansen scoring twice and singles from Sasha Sirianni, Elisa Godard and Marie Ettinger.
