IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING ENTRIES
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES 
DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: The deadline for receipt of the entries and total payment in Kamloops is January 9, 2010. Only fully paid-up entries will be accepted for processing. Athletes must consult their Affiliate for their country’s deadline, which will be earlier than January 9, to allow for entry validation and forwarding.
The LOC must receive the signed and validated Entry Forms before January 9, 2010. You may fax the entries by January 9, 2010 with the originals to follow in the mail.

VALIDATION: All Entry Forms must be received in Kamloops with the validation stamp and signature from the originating country.
LATE ENTRIES: Late entries will be accepted by the LOC. Payment and validated entry form must be in the received by the LOC no later than February 9, 2010. A late entry fee of $25CDN applies for each event entered and this fee plus all other fees must also be received by February 9, 2010. NO entries will be accepted after February 9, 2010.
ON LINE REGISTRATION
Affiliates should use the online registration system for entry of all Entry Forms. Visit
www.directathletics.com to access the World Masters Indoor Championship system. If you do not have a username or password, please contact the LOC at
info@kamloops2010masters.com and have one assigned to you.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received in Canadian dollars. The Affiliate is required to initiate a consolidated bank wire transfer for its payment to the Kamloops LOC. Please email
info@kamloops2010masters.com for the SWIFT/BIC code and bank information. Payment may also be made by mailing/posting a bank draft, made out to “The 2010 World Masters Athletics Society” to the below LOC address. There is no system for receiving credit card payments. No entries will be processed without payment.

Proof of age for all athletes MUST accompany the entry forms when they are submitted to the LOC. This is true no matter how the affiliate provides the entries to Kamloops; either by mail, spreadsheet or on-line. We require all the paperwork at the registration desks for verification during the event.
